Table reservation

To reserve a table with us, you can use our online tool or contact us by phone or email. Our online tool is operated by a third-party provider, which collects your reservation and guest data, stores it on our behalf, and makes it available to us. You can also reserve a table via the Matterhorn App, which is operated by Zermatt Tourism. In this case, Zermatt Tourism will collect your reservation and guest data, store it centrally, and forward it to us. The processing and central storage of your data by Zermatt Tourism is governed by Zermatt Tourism’s privacy policy:

The following data is collected, processed, and stored by us, our service provider, and Zermatt Tourism as part of your online reservation:
Reservation data (date, time, restaurant, number of guests, changes, and cancellations) and guest data (first name, last name, email address, phone number, and/or personal messages/requests from the guest in the comment field)
